Allow at least 15 minutes for us to load your car when you arrive at the store. We try to keep your food hot for as long as possible. We do not supply plates, napkins, plastic ware, tablecloths or serving spoons.
Are you having other desserts? Keep your costs down with identifying the number of your guests you’re having. For example, if you’re inviting 100 guests, only 80-85 will likely attend. Make sure you have an accurate count for us. You can purchase TO GO containers to provide your guests with leftover food. They’re 10¢ each.
We prepare your food in 1/2 pan trays. Each 1/2 pan tray feeds approximately 20 people. We can fit 5 (1/2 pan trays) in a 21” x 25” holder. Keep this in mind when picking up your order to allow enough room in your vehicle for transporting. When setting up for your party, remember to put about an inch of water in the steam pan that goes directly above your sternos.
Light the sternos 30 minutes before you place to put the food on the racks. When you’re ready to serve, stir the food well.
